Screening interview is professional
Phone interview is also professional and they ask great questions.
Panel interview is a complete mess, the main interviewer who is in upper management has little to know experience and asks very strange and negative questions. Makes you realize why companies has hr departments.

I applied online and about 10-2 weeks later received an email that they wanted to set up an interview time with me. I was given 3-4 pre-set times; I could choose one of them or respond that none of the pre-set times worked.

It's not so bad, they will email you first and see if your interested in an interview, then they will set up a time over email, and you go in and they take you into the back room in the customer service area and they ask you some questions and that's that.
