None at all. Walmart Supercentre is a friendly store to shop at with a lot of great discounts and bargains. Staff and employees are well trained and friendly.

Value your employees more and maybe they would smile more. Train your managers how to deal with situations without yelling at the associates and being condescending towards them. And quit coaching associates before hearing their side of the story...and actually listen to them!!!

Well. I was thinking when hiring for a job. Ask about childhood back ground. Because im a residential school survivor. I was abused 3 time's. Risdentiail school. Foster care. Even at home. It was differtcult for me to learn. Honestly i learn better buy be show. Just to let you know myself. Thank you for your time. Just so everybody can get a great job to join the team as well.

Hire friendlier staff. I stopped going to Walmart in Tsawwassen, B.C. because 98% of the cashiers do not greet you with a smile, in fact they don't even look at you then they cram your groceries in the bag and do not even say thank you. They all look miserable.

Be more aware of the management teams and exactly what they contribute to the store other than making employees feel intimidated. Management needs to understand that the employees are also human and deserve respect also. It has become almost unbearable at times as you feel you are not valued at all.
