Im not sure, I've never come up against it. without it being a theft issue I don't see a problem with them getting a job somewhere in the back easily.

I would call and make sure that the email was correct and ask questions so i would know what to do. I wouldn't wait if it was a job offer because they got dropped the offer at any time.
