Its quite enjoyable work if one is learning focused however growth within the company is very sluggish as well as compensation package is not very market friendly... work environment is quite lagging in terms of facilities and convenience at work basically work place is not swanky and modern..
A typical day at the work I am learned to welding knowledge and defects. A drawing reading. Support on there worker. Good management. A workplace culture is freely and supportive worker staff. The hardest part of the job to get a set up on plate on job and inspection on set up.
I joined WNR as GET. During my tenure there i had a good experience of Design Standards,Negotiation with other depatments, Planning, Documentation of contracts I also undergone a training for ERP Modules of SAP. Visits to actual site execution
good work start. learned lots of new ideas. management support is very good. workplace culture is awesome to balance lifestyle. meeting daily targets with safety and quality is hardest target of job. completion of world class job is most enjoyable of job.
Day to day planing of daily functions. Learned lot in terms of budgeting ,planning,and executing. Management is supportive and understandable. Hardest part is you are cut off from any city. And for procurment of things you have to go in city and not reachable at earliast. The most enjoyable is we use to celebrate all cultural and retuals at walchandnagar.

1)Typical day at work: Typical day at work i feel better during shop round,I discuss with machine operator about job & he did very carefully the all thinks as per drawing requirement. Typical day during i attend the shop meeting i observed the system of organization is very good because daily job plan monitored & daily upcoming issues discussed 2)I learned most of the think related to production planning & material planning other than production process, Quality control & mesurment system,welding development system,technical store work,tool room work,maintenance work,About Dispatch division & engineering division . also learn about machines Production planning following point i learned: Working with Nuclear division, Handling Current projects of BARC,NPCIL & BHAVINI of Shell & Tube SS Heat exchanger, Pressure vessel,.& Tank. Having deep knowledge of Heavy fabrication, Machining, Heat treatments, NDT’s. Familiar with ASME.. Planning activities Viz. Material requirement planning, Scheduling, Material & resource utilization to optimized costing of project, Process development. Preparation of Master Schedules for Project to achieve the Project/Division Sale targets. Preparations of Job Scheduling via.MS project & Monitoring of the same with effective utilization of resources (Labour Planning & Machine Planning). Preparing annual operating Plan, Quarterly Sale plan, Monthly Sale/Production Plan & its circulation to respective Dept. Capacity Planning, Scheduling & Analysis. Material - more...
