Everyone is unhappy and hates coming to work. Branch Manager is a micro manager and has no people skills. Moral is so low and company/management make it worse. Management will just run you around and never provide a clear message. Smoke and Mirrors. Potential to be a great company but would have to get rid of all upper management.

HD Mechanic (Former Employee) –  Langley, BC25 February 2016
Very high turnover rate. 27 - 28 mechanics over a few years. If you are a quality HD mechanic don't bother applying. You will hate shop supervisor. He loves his chips and never waddles out from behind his desk. There is no quality control on the new machines that they sell. Their clientelle doesnt get machines repaired there after the warranty is up. Very few engine, pump, motor or component rebuilds. Mostly contracted out. Poorly run by the lip service in the front and corner office. You know who you are. Retire or move on both of you.

Great, solid company to work for in my experience; One of the best managers I've worked for in regards to creating a strong team working environment, strong coaching and support skills; I did not have any negative experiences working for Wajax.

easy to get along with the people there.fun place to be

hardest part of job was working nights
met new friends
foreman was helpful at end of job to get proper certification for confined space and other training
