Don't even wanna waste my 150 min characters for this company out of my 10years this company was one of the worst of them all if your a local worker from alberta they will try and fire the people and over time they win the reason for that is because they wanna hire people from east coast area

I worked for Waiward on two different sites and both jobs i enjoyed so much it was a shame we had to get laid off. best part of it is they pride themselves on there work and can work safely

Enjoyed everyday working with employees, other contractors and operators. Great atmosphere to work in, company cares about its continuous education of its employees and there training. Trying to make the work place safe, rewarding and make a good wage.

This was camp employment in Canada at the "Sands" in Fort McMurray, AB Ca. The work wasn't laid out very well and there was a lot of standing around waiting for someone to make a decision as what to do and where. Met some really good guys up there!

They don't care about there employs I work for them for six weeks showed up early every day missed two days cause I was sick came in with a doctor's note they hired friends then laid off people that started the job real class acts

I really enjoyed working for this company. Management treated you fair and they we're easily approachable. They also tried to accommodate the workers the best they could with time off and camp accommodations. Over all a great company to work for.

from nov. to march its -25 and 3000 miles from home the men werew decent to stay with but Americans were treated substandard the managment was blind to the problem benefits were low but money made up for it.
