Indeed featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
It was a nice experience to work from home. I learned a lot about myself and my capabilities of being in an independent role. It was a great experience to find out what it was like to work from home

Training is terrible

Understaffed, everyone is very busy all day. Your training is made next to impossible with Training documents scattered in numerous places (several seperate slack channels, google docs) so when you are told to speed up it is frustrating because having to search in half a dozen places to find answers to help you and because everyone is so busy asking coworkers sometimes waiting 2 hours for help. They all talk about this amazing environment and how wonderful it is to work there but the reality is its frustrating . They are excellent at marketing themselves to prospective employees...they will sell you on the udea if a "utopian" like workplace, how amazing everyone is but unless you are in the upper clique of long time employees you will nit be one of the "chosen" ones and you will struggle.

Pros

pay

Cons

horrible training, staff cliques, told to ask for help but when you do you are often left to drown on your own.
