Management is unhelpful . Employees are slaves . Corruption and diverting of funds is done on a daily basis. Bullying is a daily event . Fear and shame is heaped on really good employees. The mental health Coordinator needs mental health counselling herself. She is as corrupt as management .
The culture of the employees is good, they are kind and helpful, especially the cultural grandmothers. The management created a poor culture though tattle taking on other employees, not allowing an employee events group to bring up the spirit of the company.
