One of,if not the worst company I have worked for. The back stabbing from the supervisors to dispatch dta at this company.
I had a customer rebook a install due to the length it would have taken to complete. So we agreed that call would be done the following day at an agreed upon earlier time. i phoned in to rebook ,,I was confronted by dispatch with attitude and claims that the talked with h customer and was told they wanted it done today. so I returned to site n hen I want to to the door that customer asked what I was doing back.i explained that my boss told me you need it in today .the customer was mad he actually asked me to phone them and talked to them in font of me.. needless to say because the customer wanted to rbook this was my fault
Just one instance of vupoint not being professional in there dealing with there employees or customers
