the employees are wonderful, its a " bucket list" to achieve !
Pros : The overseas employees are simply amazing, you'll have a great time on rotation with the staff. Its a fantastic experience! You fly from 2 to 6 days a week depending on the bases you have, rarely long days and no nights! Most bases have base managers, so pretty much everything its been taking care of. Cons: The management, unfortunately it's an issue. The Vp, DFO, Chief pilot, Fa Manager...
