Was a nice place to work, good people who were easy going. Not much training provided, but job wasn’t very difficult, just took time to get used to.

The management at this place is so brutal. No back bone, passive aggressive. Horrible place to work. Stay far away. There are mechanics that will close there tool box and go home because they throw a temper tantrum. They can’t diagnose a car issue and when they are told to figure it out they go home

They fire you the second they find a friend or family to fill your shoes. Anything they do wrong, they will take extensive measures to hide it. They will blame you for everything within reason. Accusing you of stealing, because someone was on the phone and communication is off. Yell at you if you forget a peice of paper even for a part that's 5$

Great workplace

Cashier / Service Advisor (Former Employee) - Calgary, AB - 7 February 2020

I was excited to go to work, and feel welcomed and that my work was actually appreciated. The service management knew that customers were the most important thing, and allowed us to use our customer service skills in our own ways. Which worked out great.
