Overall it was okay
Those who have a love to advocate for those who can’t advocate for themselves need to apply. If anyone seeking to be paid handsomely this isn’t the job for you.

Stressful environment
People were mean and very insecure . Instead of helping a new employee, team was more misleading. Very stressful environment. No work life balance. No payment for working long hours

Nice working environment.
I enjoyed my time working at Vita, I gained more experience, built my confidence working in vita. It's a friendly environment, guaranteed job security because of the union.just had to quit because I relocated to a different province.

It is really a good company to support individuals with special need . Planty of opportunity to develop / grow staff career
The organization was good to gain experiences and to grow in multiple ways . However , the management mainly focus on their business rather purely support members some times . Supervisors are over independent but some time helpful and some disadvantages also their like showing favours to certain staff . Creating opportunities for staff to ignore members need . It is fairly good company but needs some improvements to support members effectively

Group home
Poorly compensated for the work being done at Vita. Working with alot of under qualified people also which becomes very frustrating. Moving up to become a supervisor isn't even worth the pay as they are over worked. If you want to never see your family and not be appreciated then work for Vita.
