Okay place to work
Senior Consultant (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON14 December 2017
Account team will get opportunities and interviews. Once you start working in a specific project then moving to another seems impossible unless you quit or the client wants you out. Not sure if the HR policies are at par with other Canadian organizations.
Pros
Minimal interference, Good reach in Canada's major banks
Cons
Staff Augmentation model, No concern of employee advancement, No investment in employee

Great Learning Experience
Consultant (Current Employee) –  Montréal, QC21 September 2014
Virtusa offers a wide variety of opportunities to start and grow your career. It will most definitely provide you a great learning experience as well as a challenging work environment. You will meet and get to work with many wonderful people.

However, work can be very stressful and hectic. It would be very hard to find work-life balance and most of the time you will be working over time. But that all depends on the project/team you will be in. Sometimes this is not the case.
Pros
Great learning experience, many opportunities and career paths, can clime up the corporate ladder fast if you perform well
Cons
Hard to maintain work-life balance, high stress and overwhelming level of work, work politics at time could become a problem
