Disgracefully long job interview.

You’ll spend 1 whole hour of your life wasted just to apply at this minimum wage job. It's disheartening to see that this company pays its employees just the minimum wage. It's challenging to make ends meet on such low pay, and it's clear that the company could do better in terms of compensating its hardworking staff. Company treats you as a number not a person

Not much work and the values are not reasonable. People you work with are sometimes great and sometimes should be fired and aren’t. Left to pick up slack from others often and not appreciated for it. Company treats you as a number not a person and you can get fired for not making sales targets that are beyond reach. Boring repetitive work and no compensation for hard work.
