Used to be great before COVID

The one thing I can say is since you truly work for bell, the benefits are unbeatable, but that also comes with all the misery that is working for bell. You are undervalued, under paid, and over-criticized. You constantly have to “take accountability” for not meeting the outrageous targets and goals set by corporate management with none of the tools to succeed because it’s up to us to recoup the gap in their COVID bonuses with less business, higher prices, and supply shortages. Bell Let’s Talk about how you destroy your employees mental health.
