Store level - other reps and sometimes the manager make the place to work fun!
Above the store - poor culture with a feeling of almost contempt. Expect management to look down on store level at every opportunity.Specifically at the location I worked at, given it was in a kiosk, the importance of meshing well with co-workers was just as important as your abilities to perform the job well.
This resulted in a double-edged sword for work environment and culture. If you did mesh well, things were incredibly great and fun. If you didn't mesh well with the other team members, you would likely find yourself in a not-so-great work environment.
Overall, I found the acceptance and embrace for new staff was better than prior jobs I had experience with.Related questions:
