Toxic workplace

This company is management heavy and at present healthcare staff have zero leadership. Management is autocratic, ill-advised, controlling, ignorant and mean-spirited. Many examples of shady/near-criminal activities happening in the building. Do not work here-terrible company and management is worst I've ever experienced. I could not get out of the job fast enough.

Pros

pay is ok for a retirement job in nursing.

Cons

old building, lazy managers, toxic management style, ignorant managers, lack of confidentiality, unlawful activity by managers, abusive staff, abusive managers, no professional development offered.
