They have a lovely work environment, but dealing with the patients can be challenging. The phone rings constantly, and you have to keep up with all the paperwork and collaborate effectively with the doctors and nurses.

Excellent environment

Management goes above and beyond for their staff and residents. Great team and very positive environment. Given everything that has happened with the pandemic the has management team has done a wonderful job navigating the challenges.

Cut throat environment

Owners are very disorganized nor could they agree on management style. All about money and over charging the residents for EVERYTHING :( Employees were treated unfairly.

Toxic workplace

This company is management heavy and at present healthcare staff have zero leadership. Management is autocratic, ill-advised, controlling, ignorant and mean-spirited. Many examples of shady/near-criminal activities happening in the building. Do not work here-terrible company and management is worst I've ever experienced. I could not get out of the job fast enough.

productive and fun workplace with table tennis

start a working from 8am to 4pm we have to prepare everything first. I learned a lot from the company especially greetings with the elderly. and the management are very kind and friendly. the workplace culture are very good cause they have to respect everybody. I don't really experience and hardest part of my job. and I like what im doing cause I love my job, especially when your are helping the elderly.
