Poor.
Everything is poor. From the owners down to the production. The managers don’t care, they never have, never will. everything relies on distribution, and their distribution team is treated like garbage. There are barely any races in wage. Worst job I've ever taken
Village juicery [Mississauga distribution] has to be the worst poorly put together company I've ever worked for. 'trial shift' is what I was first offered with. I ended up taking the job. Never seen the gift card that was supposed to be my compensation for the 6 hours I worked. The hours are ridiculous. People are sharing boots 🤢. The have the highest turn over rate because they make you work ...What would you say about your employer?
