Getting blamed for issues brought up to management weeks in advanced, inefficient management, poor decision making on team leaders.
Dealing with unorganized management. Inefficient practice methods. Poor pay for increased workloads.
Constantly doing things last minute because there’s no communication whatsoever. Getting stuck babysitting lazy team members who have been hired despite having no relevant background experience (kitchen/production). Shouldering tons of responsibility for very little pay, because if you don’t do basic tasks to keep things running semi-properly, nobody will.
Doing lots of work with little pay. Not worth it
Working 8 hours or longer without breaks and dont get paid on break
Not being respected or concerned for.
(The job is easy though)
