Clean the entire shop and trucks along with make routes that don’t go over 10 hours every day so hire more employees and trucks and pay them hourly not lie and give out a salary
Increase Pay, lots of good people that deserve well paying job

Less of a passive aggressive environment, better wage based on knowledge and experience, assistant store managers. Weekly store meeting and updates.
