The hard part to swallow is the animosity between the union and management Wages and benefits are industry standard. Four ten hour days are a bit long and there is NO flexibility in different start times for the production workers. Overtime is a constant requirement when the rush is on.

The aviation business is cyclic and with the downturn four - more ... years at Viking and layoff of some of the best employees at the time. Layoff weren't based on seniority, which they should have been, otherwise what's the point of seniority?

ProsPay, four day work week, benefits.
