The company provides you with 1500 dollars to invest in courses for yourself and this can be in anything to progress you personally. I've been in companies before that will only pay for you to take certain qualifications but isn't the case here. If you can show progression in personal development, that will make managements life easier when it comes to promotions.

When people leave, it's a reflection of those at the top, starting with the CEO; no games, pizza parties, beer pong, free massages, etc is going to save the company if the CEO refuses to listen to front line employees/co-workers, and or if he chooses to ignore that the culture he created is part of the problem rather than the solution, and or that there is no motivation for employees (people never care as much about a business as the owners do...so stop trying to force 'Vidyardianism' down their throats as they don't have to buy into it - they just have to work their and not cause trouble and they'll get their pay cheque.

There isnt a bro culture, there are countless women in the organization that have every chance of progression into management roles. If you want to stay after work on thursdays for games and beer then thats up to you. Why not socialize and if you cant, no one will look down on you. The CEO has a great relationship with employees and the NPS score for recommending Vidyard interally is extremely high.

Answered

Answered

Himself. 100% himself and his friends only. It is a bro-culture and so poorly run. How the board members don't see this is insane.
