It can be ok if you work with a good person. But management will screw the good workers so they all leave.
Diverse culture among staff and clients. If you get good team members you are very fortunate. and if you take the job thinking of it as a stepping stone to a better one just for the experience on your resume it will be better for you. Don't go into it thinking it will be a long term position or you will burn out.
On your resume it can take you further on your career path. Just remember to take care of your mental health - exercise, healthy eating, engage with family and friends - often. Read up on the signs of depression, anxiety and PTSD and monitor yourself for any possible signs. Take this seriously to heart. If you find yourself starting to isolate, or have any of the symptoms, see your doctor immediately!!
