I learned a technical and management side at Victaulic. The company likes and promotes hard workers and self-motivators who want to help the company succeed. However, the company still has many connections to old school mentalities. All upper management decisions are made by sales people, could use an injection of operations and structure. Two tiered system between sales people and the rest of the workforce. Great benefits included though.
