Outside Sales Account Manager (Former Employee) – Richmond Hill, ON – 12 March 2018
Old style culture and very clique oriented. Tough product to sell because of overseas knock offs at 1/2 the cost. Other new ways of joining pipe that are much cheaper and efficient makes the sales very tough
Core Maker Production Worker - Victaulic of Canada (Former Employee) – Richmond Hill, ON – 5 September 2017
Working on a CNC machine to prepare core for the foundry details. It was a place more advanced beyond my expectation. People working at this factory were very qualified ones and the quality was the main issue of the production. the job wasn't very easy because it was a very hot environment.

Customer Care (Former Employee) – Edmonton, AB – 11 February 2016
I learned a technical and management side at Victaulic. The company likes and promotes hard workers and self-motivators who want to help the company succeed. However, the company still has many connections to old school mentalities. All upper management decisions are made by sales people, could use an injection of operations and structure. Two tiered system between sales people and the rest of the workforce. Great benefits included though.
