Great support and management

In terms of work-life balance, salary, benefits, culture and management, Vet Care is an excellent company to work in. From the interviewing process to this day, the whole team has been very supportive and inclusive.

terrible management , regret working there

I worked there through covid-19 . The company promised many things that were not delivered . I was told that there were 7 technicians when in fact there were only 4 and only two able to monitor anesthesia and perform teeth cleaning. There were several months with no receptionist . We were frequently not allowed to order sufficient drug inventory; there were NO staff meetings including the veterinarians. Communication was poor to terrible
