Toxic would be putting it lightly, no team member stays longer than 6 months to a year, its evident no changes have been made as the same toxic views have been agreed with
Toxic. The overall moral at veritiv is very alarming.
Not great for a personal mentally to deal with everyday.Constant checking over employee's shoulders. Not good location, lots of traffic to get in and get out specially in winter.
In a word FRUSTRATING. Leaving was the best decision of my life.
All the employees look miserable. No cleaner. No garbage bags in the cans. Very narrow passing lanes between the racks. You are not allowed to dress better than management.
