Identify and resolve technical and user problems to ensure user productivity. Install, maintain and support PC software, hardware and peripherals. Installing wireless, routing, VPN Client, and configuring routers to internet access. Worked with Windows XP/7 desktop imaging, Server 2003-2008 MS Office Suit, Symantec Backup Exec, and Active Directory. Research, resolve and respond to questions received via phone and email in a timely manner. Installing phone lines to activate Avaya Phones to users. Escalate problems to appropriate IT team members when necessary. Attend training sessions and assist in setup of internal training session.
