Not as expected
Short review:I found there is no balance between work and life. Some wrong people promoted.Too much stress on some people and a few employees even do not have work during day. No work load balance.I believe that salary is not worthy.Long review:In my opinion, most of managers do not have management skill. They are some dispatchers to deliver work from upper person to me with no extra support or knowledge about what they are talking about. There are some repeated job postings for this company every few months. My understanding was they continuously expanding their business and need more people. But I was wrong. Short answer is no one wants and even can stay on those positions more than a few months and they leave before it’s too late or company takes advantage of 6 months’ probation and let them go.There is no guarantee people can be successful in my experience. If I knew part of this story in past, I never even applied for the job.I learned if I work more, I just have more to do.Company benefits from this hard work, individual have stress and no life. Asking job related questions from manager is unacceptable and is a sign of lacking of knowledge of employees. My manager vision is not to help and support me to be successful, is waiting to see first mistake to punish me very hard. But really depends on who you work with. You never know. I saw some people leave in first 6 months and sometimes company dismisses them and it was shocking since I personally knew some of them. They were not deserve for that punishment.I lost my confidence about my skills and experience. I have a feeling I know nothing. If someone has an average job and somehow satisfy, I think it is not a good idea to try this place.
