Process Operator (Current Employee) – Windsor, ON – 26 February 2017
A typical day at Ventra Assembly Company would be 8 hours of a fast pace moving or building parts to keep up with the speed of the assembly line. What you can learn there is how processes take place and some organizational skills. The management there are behind the scenes and are represented by supervisors that lie and threaten people if they do not meet their unrealistic production quotas. The hardest part of the job is putting up with the stress caused by the supervisors threatening to write you up everyday. The enjoyable part of the job is meeting some good hard working people and having some laughs.
This job could pay your bills if you are good at bugeting.

Most of the people you work with are awesome, but the management team is questionable. Being told you are just another number and you can easily be replaced is just one of the many joys you get working here.
