This organization makes connecting with local charities easy, so employees can find and engage in the causes and organizations that they find the most meaningful. Furthering our culture of service, we offer our team members eight paid hours every year to volunteer and participate in the service activities of their choice. Having a full day off to give back allows us to make a positive impact in the communities where our team members live and work. While we offer our residents a “Better Way of Living,” it’s important that as a company we encourage our employees to commit to “Better Living,” focusing on making a difference in their personal lives and/or the communities we live in. All work and no play is…no fun! At Venterra, we work hard but we make time to have fun & celebrate individual, team and company success. With hundreds of amazing people together under the same roof, an awards ceremony to celebrate our rock stars from the previous year, and an opportunity to just cut loose and have a good time, our annual themed Kick-Off the new year Parties are a great place to see this promise in action!
