Vendasta is a great place to work with a collaborative and respectful environment. In addition to the many workplace perks, including on site food services, games such as foosball, ping pong, and arcade games, and flextime, Vendasta fosters a culture of teamwork, learning, and professional development within the organization.

Pros

Flextime & flexplace using an honor system, Onsite food services with incredible meals & snacks, Casual dress code (for non partner facing positions), Fun work environment with games, Amazing & supportive coworkers

Cons

It is tough to implement change in a large organization like Vendasta

Amazing Company!

While there are many great things about working here, my favourite thing about Vendasta is definitely the culture. It's collaborative, engaging, fun, and strongly supports employee development. I get to work alongside incredibly smart and talented people who challenge me to grow and learn something new almost every day!

Do not work here

Management (Former Employee) - Saskatoon, SK - 6 September 2023

This company is not trustworthy. They do not practice what they preach about their culture. Many of their leaders are young with big titles and little experience (cost saving here). If you come in with experience, be careful as you can be fired for threatening the less experienced people there with your good work. Do not leave a stable job for this one for the promise that your hard work will pay off (it won't). Their company goal is to continuously fire bottom-ranking performers. If you love a toxic culture and are willing to throw people under the bus to get ahead. Play the game, get in the 'cool kids' & you'll thrive at Vendasta.

Pros

Free unhealthy food that will make you gain a ton of weight

Cons

There is no work life balance, There are a ton of events outside regular hours that you have to go to, Overtime is expected and nobody cares that you are working long hours because everybody else is too
