As a scale-up tech company, Vena is growing and changing rapidly. That being said, it comes with great opportunities to grow and learn. I believe there was over 100 internal promotion happened in 2020. Also, the leadership has been extremely supportive and accommodating during the pandemic. Overall, great company to grow with and work for.

It was fun place to work. However, the PS department needs improvement.

The management is supportive. However, consultants in the PS team are at the bottom of the food chain. They have been given impossible deadlines and asked to do client work without billable hours.

Very bad company very disorganized

I'd stay away from this company. Very bad impression with them. Don't know how they can still operate given this situation. Not much career advancement. Senior consultant doesn't know anything, manager doesn't know anything. must've been high turnover rate they have to keep posting jobs to get people in. Why can't management treat employees nice and keep the employees?

Management sucks.

Beware of certain managers. They can turn on you at any opportunity. Employee turnover is high and there is a lot of immaturity, backstabbing and gossip beneath that cheery, youthful facade.

Fun and laidback but also hardworking

Nice place, with decent amenities and a sound structure for all who come in to work. They have flex work times and decent social opportunities. Typical day is anything but, but if you want to roll up your sleeves and get busy, this place is for you!
