It is a production facility with high volume orders. Things don't move at a snail pace. But its not hard to do the job.
They call you in ask you questions but don’t have a clue on how to read people or if they will last at the task . Hiring process is a joke too . It’s wages are terrible and why turn over is so high .

I would tell them to let go or put the people that hire staff do the interviews and anyone in those roles in other roles in company or fire therm Don’t have a clue
It's a new company. The training program is being strengthened. However never had a problem with having the task explained to me when first doing it. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Training is a 2 way program.
What would you suggest VegPro International Inc. management do to prevent others from leaving?
People will come and go. Can't really prevent departures. This is a good company and you do have staff that like being there.
