All questions are in form of scenarios. 1) what is your philosophy that helps you to do great in this job. 2) what is your strength 3) tell me the situation when client refuse to follow your instructions or their schedule what will you do to convince then in this situation 4) Tell me the difficult situation with clients when you utilize your skills 5) what will you do if your client become so much mad and start breaking furniture,computer and phone. 6) what will you do if your team member is not following compony's policy or rules 7) what are the challenges that come across daily to work as support worker.
You can expect at least 2 people to interview you. Most of the questions are hypothetical scenarios.
