Tough job for the new onesYou can’t disagree with anything management says. Colleagues are usually in a bad mood and it’s difficult to learn. Not a very welcoming environment, the pay is ok but not great for the work that is done.

Food Service Worker in Surrey, BC

Not so greatI did not have great experience working for this company. Management is difficult and disorganized. Unrealistic expectation for the wage. Employees not really appreciated or valued. Just like other private Homes nothing special. You can get better wage and treatment doing this kind of work for another company that will appreciate your hard work.
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in Osoyoos, BC

Very poor management.Unfortunately poor management drives good hard working staff away.. constant staff turnover very difficult on aging residents. Toxic work environment. New staff hired for more then proven long term staff.
Care Aide in Vancouver, BC

Depending on the house you work in could be chilled relaxed or over workedAs I stated it really just depends on what house you get trained and assigned to. The location I was placed I enjoyed working with the clients and working solo shifts.
