Program Worker in Vancouver, BC

Tough job for the new ones
You can’t disagree with anything management says. Colleagues are usually in a bad mood and it’s difficult to learn. Not a very welcoming environment, the pay is ok but not great for the work that is done.
Residential Support Worker in Burnaby, BC
on 22 October 2020
Working like a team and can get along each other when work time and outside work it’s hard work but make it fun too
I can recommend for new comers and will have a good experience working in this kind of working environment come and apply at Vrs .Working here for almost 10 yrs and some staff working almost 30 yrs in one site and look they will retire where the house they hired .
Food Service Worker in Surrey, BC

Not so great
I did not have great experience working for this company. Management is difficult and disorganized. Unrealistic expectation for the wage. Employees not really appreciated or valued. Just like other private Homes nothing special. You can get better wage and treatment doing this kind of work for another company that will appreciate your hard work.
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in Osoyoos, BC
on 15 September 2018
Very poor management.
Unfortunately poor management drives good hard working staff away.. constant staff turnover very difficult on aging residents. Toxic work environment. New staff hired for more then proven long term staff.
Care Aide in Vancouver, BC
on 16 August 2018
Depending on the house you work in could be chilled relaxed or over worked
As I stated it really just depends on what house you get trained and assigned to. The location I was placed I enjoyed working with the clients and working solo shifts.
