Interpretive Delivery Assistant (Former Employee) – Vancouver, BC – 5 July 2013
-A typical day would include interacting with kids who come to whatever station you are assigned to, answering questions/giving directions to the public, helping set up stations, carrying supplies, helping with any emergencies, and providing a friendly experience. -I learned how to handle certain marine animals -The hardest part was being ready for an ever-changing schedule, as well as being on your feet for up to 8 hours. -Working with people/kids, and having a hands on experience with certain animals.
BBQ Chef (Former Employee) – Vancouver, BC – 10 February 2018
9-5 shifts, opening and closing. Usually busy. I learned a lot about working in a kitchen and how to work with a proper team. It was always hard during lunch rush when we would have to pump out food. I liked it because it taught me how to work and always stay on my toes.
