Lots perks and benefits - fun but too heavy workload to enjoy all
Benefit & Compensation Accountant (Former Employee) – Richmond, BC – 5 March 2018
Too much demand - too heavy work load in certain areas. Cant say anymore then this without having to give out certain confidential information. I loved working with my manager, whom i reportedly directly. This individual understood the challenges and tried to make it more efficient but was not able to convince his superior of the shortfall.
Fun lots perks staff in general are friendly and courteous, helpful
Work load too heavy for some positions - not though through...
Vancouver Airport Authority, Appearances Trump Integrity
Union employee (Former Employee) – Richmond, BC – 14 May 2019
Bad seeds in Executive, Management and Union need to be identified and weeded out pronto. It is these unfortunate souls that poison the culture and make for an extremely difficult working environment. Hierarchical management style snuffs out creativity and innovation. Management allows, almost promotes, complacent and self serving workers, perpetuating their behaviour.
Executive Assistant - Contract (Former Employee) – British Columbia – 7 September 2017
Fantastic work place culture, lovely people (including executive team), broad range of training, encouraged to grow. Retention of staff is high, but always new positions and new faces, so everyone feels welcome.
