worst workplace ever.

not paid overtime even if you work 140 hours bi-weekly. management doesnt care about you. Avoid this at best. Its their trick that they got good reviews.

I work Seasonally. Great work place. Lots of variety. Newer vehicles & Equipment. Some long days. Paid thru lunch &/or Supper. Quite accommodating, should you need time off for appts, Family, etc.

Good people from all over the world

The working place is very multi-cultural and people came from various places such as Myanmar, Thailand, Nigeria, and Russia. Even though some people do not have confident with their English, people do not care about it and rather everyone is supporting each other. People are super friendly and nice so I really enjoyed working there. Supervisors are also friendly and care about the coldness in the working place and also the safety there. It was very nice to have shuttle services during the winter break.

Good places to work if you need to work over time you are allow to stay back and work as long as you want after your 7-5 shift.

Vanco is a great place to work. It's just you and your work, its a place where you can work and not be bother by your manager asking you to do this or that it's a place where it is loud but you are left alone to work.

I enjoy returning each winter to deliver tulips across the Maritimes and beyond. Management is very understanding and helpful, when you do your job properly they leave you alone which helps build your confidence.
