There is some degree of nepotism and insolent management with really low standards. They will team up and fabricate lies in order to make you quit. People, even supervisors, generally don't stay longer than few years or months, with some exceptions. Hard, honest labour doesn't mean more money.

I applied on their company website and waited a week, and then went in with my resume in store and got a interview for the following day. They called me back 3 days after the interview to tell me i was hired. I would recommend waiting for them to be hiring any position before applying and going in.
