A typical day at the Valley Bar and Grill consists of great customer conversation everyday and getting to know the regulars who come in. I have learned a lot from the employees including drink recipes, bartending 101, and serving. The management was great, they made me feel like part of the family. The hardest part about the job for me was remembering recipes but the more I did the easier it got. The most enjoyable part of the job was meeting new people everyday and getting to know the regulars.
