Best company I have ever worked with

I have been really loving working here. This has been the best place I have ever worked. Great coordination, people and vision for the company and future of technology in general. I would highly recommend people to join this amazing team to help build the future of technology on what games can be and what the internet can be.

Paving the way for the future

Overall a good place to work. The environment is very relaxed, but at times your workload can be stressful, as Utherverse tends to have multiple projects happening at the same time and sometimes communication can be difficult. The projects and work are interesting though, and very bleeding edge. A lot has changed in the past few years with new management figures and clearer goals on the future which I am glad to see.

Virtual world product has been operating since 2005 and company is now building new software for cross platform. Day to day is always something new and never boring Company could have more activities and work on culture

No Career Advancement for IT Professionals

For new comers, be careful not to commit mistakes on probationary periods as the owner is unforgiving. The upper management can have unreasonable and unrealistic expectations. There are no reliable source control backups for existing company applications and management support is minimal.

Nice people to work with, on a failing product and company.

The company collapsed in July 2015, they laid-off 70% of the staff, they are down to 10-15 people, working on a failing beaten product. A typical day at work: - People walk in, get coffee and what not, start chatting on Facebook and watch youtube. This x8 hours gets you through the day. What I learned: I should have quit much before than I think, on peer advice. Co-workers: Fun, people were nice, excluding some know-it all's. The hardest part: - Putting time into a product which is about to die because the CEO has no idea how bad the product is, if we had a different CEO, the product had a chance. Most enjoyable part: Paycheck.
