Give new staff more training and really focus on the individual so that they feel valuable to the workplace.

Check in with longtime staff to see what they think of the job/ Raise wages to compete with other high end Grocers.

Consider Offering an incentive to staff ( in store discounts/ Coupons/ Meals)

Work in a department for a day, Get closer to your staff and see what exactly they are having to deal with at your workplace.
