Great People, not the best job.
Sales Associate (Former Employee) – Edmonton Alberta – 15 June 2016
First off, people may complain about long shifts. That's just what a commission job is. Some of your co workers will make 4x as much as you because it's a job for them and longer hours means more money for the people meant to do it. Something you should know before signing on to a door to door job.
Second, when I first applied then got hired they said nothing about no training wage, so I was taken by surprise when I was just thrown out into the field with nothing but a few hours with a team leader. It's just not a good foundation to be built on.
I would only recommend the job if you have a solid savings build up first to give it a shot for a few weeks. If you don't see any improvement in the first 2-3 weeks it's just not for you.
Some Amazing Co Workers
You can work 12 hours straight and not make a penny.
