A place to walk in and work. Mostly preferred by students and part timers. If you work full time no one awards you but no one fires you either. I worked as an agency worker for long. Came every day and was disappointed by the cold shoulder. Like many work places language barrier exists.Flying wheat flour all around is something that you have to handle by applying mask and flushing nose with water in breaks. A common joke in practice is to hide your apron while you are in wash room. Most of the days because of high production the machine keeps running in designated break times and the workers compensate this by multi tasking other co worker's job. That feels like the hardest part of job. You feel over taxed, no group feeling when you work together and lunch together. You can get 40+ hours per week.
a fun placve to work with different people from different backgrounds bring new things to learn n try

free wifi, great coffee, interaction, a surrounding buzz, self pride
firing and disciplining lazy or rude employees, not having what your customers want
