Pretty rough.
Chief Instructor (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON5 February 2018
A great organization for the students. However, with no actual Professors in the Martial Arts. It is a few steps below livable as far as wages go.

I can still teach on weekends and still get 0 dollars. Earn with a machinery operation job, and still teach this beautiful art to good kids.
Pros
Close to home
Cons
Extremely poor wages.

UTM creates a positive atmosphere for its students and staff. Students are engaged in their work and staff are energetic about their subject matter of expertise.

Communications Administrator (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON18 January 2019
Job security was precarious with minimal supervision and support from department heads. There was minimal communication between the associates and the head of the department. Which caused unrealistic time and work expectations for administrative staff.
