This a good place for Undergrads or graduate students to make a bit of extra money. It allows you to tackle some challenges you may not have confronted before.

Working as a writing tutor allowed me to interact on a personal level with people from a variety of backgrounds, both academically and in the scope of life in general. The one-on-one tutoring sessions allowed me insight into the different ways people approach challenges and consider problems, and I learned a great deal from a range of people which included engineers, commerce students, science students, and an array of foreign students as well.
Pros
Interesting work space (a library), exposure to a variety of different people.
Cons
Somewhat disorganized, unwieldy work space.
