Job Description is never the same, something different almost everyday. Can be demanding and Intense at times however the reward worth it.

Toxic Work Environment

Technician (Former Employee) - Operations and Maintenance - 4 December 2019

Management has no clue what they are doing there. They will change your shift with no questions asked to save a penny of overtime. They will not take your suggestions into consideration. You never feel job security there, you could be laid off any day of the week. Terrible work environment with very low morale.

The environment seems friendly in the beginning but after a while mismanagement and unorganized environment annoys the personnel who want to make progress.
