  • I had two different experiences. One was absolutely fantastic. Great manager who was always fair and would listen to employees always. Replaced by manager who lacked people skills and experience as a manager.

  • During one on one meeting every 3 months

  • Not constructive, they are ignorant to the source of the problem in which they are part of and will not acknowledge that change in their leadership and processes need to change.
    Fairness and equality is completely absent.
